Author's Guidelines

Authors are cordially invited to submit their original research papers, based on theoretical or experimental works for publication in the journal.

All submitted articles:

  • must be original, within the aims and scope of the journal.

  • must be previously unpublished research results

  • must be experimental or theoretical

  • must be according to the prescribed format of the journal.

  • and will be peer-reviewed (double-blind review process), to ensure the quality of publications.

  • may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during the review period.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is the use of other's published and unpublished ideas or words (or other intellectual property) without attribution or permission, and presenting them as new and original rather than derived from an existing source. At NDC E-BIOS, we strongly discourage and against this act. If found guilty, to any extent, the journal will fight for Plagiarism. Self-plagiarism refers to the practice of an author using portions of their previous writings on the same topic in another of their publications, without specifically citing it formally in quotes.

Editorial Policy

Authors should prepare their manuscripts submitted to the journal exactly according to the instructions given here. Manuscripts which do not follow the format and style of the journal may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected. The journal reserves the right to make any further formal changes and language corrections necessary in a manuscript accepted for publication so that it conforms to the formatting requirements of the journal. Author/s is/are responsible for all statements made in their work and obtaining necessary permission to republish any previously published illustrations and/or other relevant materials.

The Editorial Process

  1. A manuscript will be reviewed for possible publication with the understanding that it is being submitted to NDC E-BIOS alone at that point in time and has not been published anywhere, simultaneously submitted, or already accepted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The journal expects that authors would authorize one of them to correspond with the Journal for all matters related to the manuscript.

  3. All manuscripts received are duly acknowledged.

  4. On submission, editors review all submitted manuscripts initially for suitability for formal review.

  5. Manuscripts with insufficient originality, serious scientific or technical flaws, or lack of a significant message are rejected before proceeding for formal peer-review.

  6. Manuscripts that are found within the scopeand focus area of ofNDC E-BIOSwill be sent to two or more expert reviewers.

  7. During submission, the contributor is requested to provide names of two or three qualified reviewers who have had experience in the subject of the submitted manuscript, but this is not mandatory.

  8. The reviewers should not be affiliated with the same institutes as the contributor/s. However, the selection of these reviewers is at the sole discretion of the editor.

  9. The journal follows a double-blind review process, wherein the reviewers and authors are unaware of each others identity.

  10. The comments and suggestions (acceptance/ rejection/ amendments in manuscript) received from reviewers will be conveyed to the corresponding author. If required, the author is requested to provide a point by point response to reviewers comments and submit a revised version of the manuscript. This process is repeated till reviewers and editors are satisfied with the manuscript.

  11. Manuscripts accepted for publication will be copy edited for grammar, punctuation, print style, and format. Page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author.

  12. The corresponding author is expected to return the corrected proofs within three days.

  13. The whole process of submission of the manuscript to final decision and sending and receiving proofs will be completed online.

Authorship criteria

Authorship credit should be based only on substantial contributions to each of the three components mentioned below:

  1. Concept and design of study or acquisition of data or analysis and interpretation of data;

  2. Drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content; and

  3. Final approval of the version to be published.

  4. Each contributor should have participated sufficiently in the work to take public responsibility for appropriate portions of the content of the manuscript. The order of naming the contributors should be based on the relative contribution of the contributor towards the study and writing the manuscript.

  5. Once submitted the order cannot be changed without written consent of all the contributors.

Conflicts of Interest/Competing Interests

All authors of must disclose any and all conflicts of interest they may have with publication of the manuscript or an institution or product that is mentioned in the manuscript and/or is important to the outcome of the study presented. Authors should also disclose conflict of interest with products that compete with those mentioned in their manuscript.

Submission of Manuscripts

  1. Manuscripts must conform to the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to NDC E-BIOS.

  2. Contributions and Manuscripts must be written in English.

  3. All manuscripts must be submitted online.

Covering Letter

Disclose all possible conflicts of interest (e.g., funding sources for consultancies or studies of products). A brief indication of the importance of the paper to the field of Pharmacy is helpful in gaining appropriate peer review.

    NDC E-BIOS invites researchers, scholars and authors to submit their original and extended research to publish in this peer reviewed journal. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed, published in online and online print version. more.

    Authors can submit their articles at any time throughout the year. The process of rolling submission, corresponding and publication will be as follows:
